This October we're joining the Southeast Regional Exchangors in Atlanta.

SERE LIVE - 1st Annual Southeast Regional Exchangors Meeting

Tuesday through Thursday, October 6-8, 2026 Atlanta, GA

We're joining the Southeast Regional Exchangors in Atlanta this fall instead of holding our own Florida meeting the week after. SERE is a regional group covering Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and the Carolinas, meeting in person for the first time, in participation with AGREE.

  1. Tuesday, Oct 6, 9:00 to 5:00 (8:30 arrival): Effective Client Counseling with Nick DeMarte Sr.

  2. Wednesday, Oct 7, 9:00 to 5:00: equity marketing, moderated packages, quick pitches, cocktail hour after.

  3. Thursday, Oct 8, 9:00 to noon: lightning rounds, problem solving, counseling offers.

$150 education only, $250 marketing only, or $350 for all three days. Tickets are limited and will sell out. Register at axa1031.com/events

SERE Online Marketing Session

First Wednesday of every month, 9:00am to noon ET

Between our in-person meetings, the Southeast Regional Exchangors meet online the first Wednesday of every month. 60 to 70 people with real inventory, at no cost to attend. If you have a property or a problem you'd like the group to work on, bring it.
