Thursday 05/30, 5-8pm: Later that day, we’ll do some networking and host a reception for everyone.

Friday 05/31, 8am - 4pm: The Marketing Session will begin promptly at 8am. It will be littered with new formulas and ideas that will open your mind to creative marketing and generate new ideas and opportunities for you. We’ll have experienced moderators that will guide attendees through the session so we can get as much product into the marketplace as possible. Make sure to stay for our raffle at the end of the event!

Be sure to bring your marketing package (property, problem or opportunity) and detailed information, especially your motivation for parting with your asset in order to reach an equitable deal with another trader.

Some ideas: Cash, homes/condos, multi-family properties, agricultural land, dirt, developments, hotels/motels, industrial assets, retail/commercial plazas, mobile homes/RVs, ranches, resorts, office buildings, paper, subdivisions, and personal property.
